Former Denver resident and professional wrestler Charles Bernard Scaggsalso known as 2 Cold Scorpio, was arrested after allegedly stabbing a customer during a fight at a gas station in Missouri where he worked as a security guard.

Scaggs, 58, was arrested June 15 on suspicion of assault after an altercation with a customer at a Love’s travel stop in Kansas City, Missouriaccording to a probable cause statement from the The Clay County Prosecutor’s Office.

Kansas City police officers responded to the gas station in the northeast part of the city around 3:40 p.m. and found a man bleeding on the ground outside the station and going in and out of consciousness as a witness applied pressure to a wound on his head, according to the report.

The man was taken to hospital and doctors later found lacerations on his head and chest and two stab wounds in his stomach and lower back.

According to the report, the man told police he was using the gas station ATM and as he left, Scaggs approached him and made comments about him smoking in the gas station and getting in his face. The man pushed Scaggs away and Scaggs attacked him.
