Donald Trump Rally attendee saves life after assassination attempt
A doctor present Donald Trump‘s campaign rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 13, saved the life of a bystander who was injured after an assailant attempted to kill the former president.
Conservative influencers Keet And Kevin Hodge shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, a video of a doctor revealing he was able to save the injured visitor. The influencers declared, “Donald Trump was saved by God today.”
“I heard the shots, but at first I thought it was fireworks. Someone there said, ‘He’s been shot, he’s been shot,’ so I went over,” the gentleman said in a video the twins uploaded to social media app. “I said, ‘I’m an emergency room doctor. Let me help you.’ The man had turned around and was stuck between the benches. He had a shot in the head here. There was a lot of blood and he had brain damage. The people there were very helpful.
After the incident, Chairman Joe Biden went to X to ask the country to show solidarity with each other after this life-threatening moment.
‘I have been informed the shooting at Donald Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania,” Biden wrote on X. “I’m grateful to hear he’s doing well. I pray for him and his family and for everyone who was at the meeting as we await further information.”
“Jill and I am grateful to the Secret Service for keeping him safe,” he added. “There is no place for this kind of violence in America. We must unite as one nation to condemn it.”
Although Trump survived the incident, there were reports of two casualties.
“CONFIRMED: Butler County District Attorney tells me one person is presumed dead. Donald Trump is fine, he tells me. There is currently no information on the shooter,” said journalist Mike Valente shared on social media.
Journalist Merly Kornfield added: “Butler County District Attorney Richard Goudinger tells me Trump was grazed by gunfire but is safe. A spectator was killed and the shooter is dead. Another person is in serious condition, prosecutors said.”

Jozef Meyn – who witnessed the attempted hit – told CNN that the crowd was initially confused by the gunshots.
“Half the crowd on the other side of the meeting thought it was some weird joke, the other half of the crowd knew it wasn’t and tried to push or impress the rest from the crowd that this is serious,” he revealed. “I think everyone – very quickly – got the idea that it was a dangerous situation, and everyone just started hitting the deck.”
