Eric Trump panics after his cousin endorses Kamala Harris

On Tuesday, Fred Trump III said – the son of Donald Trump’s late brother Fred Trump Jr. – officially announced his support for Harris through his uncle on “The View.”

“I believe in policy over politics. And without a doubt, Kamala Harris“The policies are what I support, so I will vote for Kamala Harris,” Trump said said with much studio applause. He added that he would “campaign for her without hesitation” if asked.

Unsurprisingly, Eric Trump viewed Fred’s endorsement of Harris as an act of family disloyalty, and he turned to X, formerly Twitter, to express his sadness:

“It is disappointing that after decades of unwavering love, support, golf memberships, family vacations and millions of dollars in support for his wonderful son, Fred Trump has decided to ‘cash in’ less than a hundred days before the election.

“I signed the checks and witnessed firsthand how my father and our family provided endless financial support so that Fred’s son could receive the best possible medical care.

“To read this nonsense and see that he has now followed his troubled sister [Mary Trump] just making a quick buck is disgusting, disheartening and a prime example of ‘no good deed goes unpunished’.”

Eric’s rant drew a lot of attention, a little pity, and a huge helping of snark.
