Angelina Jolie 'seeks help' for hospitalized son Pax after cycling accident

On Thursday, August 1, the Eternals actress accused her ex of making her sign an $8.5 million non-disclosure agreement in connection with her abuse allegations.

Jolie’s lawyers said Jolie “did not act with malice and intent to harm Pitt in response to a custody ruling” when she sold her stake in Miraval in 2021.

The court documents read: “Instead, it was Pitt who refused to purchase her stake unless he received his recently expanded non-disclosure agreement, enforceable with an $8.5 million hold specifically designed to force her to keep quiet about his abuse and cover-ups.”

“While Pitt advances an essentially outdated privacy-from-domestic-violence argument to protect his abuse, his argument is not the law, at least not in this century, and he cites no authority granting him such unwarranted protection would offer,” it continued. “Either way, he waived all privacy protections when he sued Jolie.”
