Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes ‘face double murder threat’

During the performance, Wallen wore a Chiefs jersey number 7, associated with Mahomes and Kelce’s teammate Harrison Butker. It was striking that the jersey had Wallen’s name on the back instead of Butker’s.

Mahomes and Kelce are considered the two biggest stars in the Chiefs organization. Nevertheless, the No. 7 jersey is most commonly associated with Butker, who faced a huge backlash earlier this year for comments he made at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas, about the role of women.

Butker told female graduates: “I think it is you, the women, who have been told the most diabolical lies. Some of you may have successful careers in the world, but I would hazard a guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world.”
