Stephen Colbert sees moment Trump overshadowed Melania

Perhaps the most bizarre moment was when Trump flowed about how Vice President Kamala Harris looked like “the most beautiful actress ever” in a drawing on the cover of Time Magazine.

“She actually looks a lot like our great first lady, Melania,” Trump said.

Colbert found that statement more than a little strange, given how much Trump dislikes Harris.

He offered his impression that Trump was trying to explain that sentence.

“Look, what I’m trying to say is that I hate this woman with every fiber of my being, it reminds me…” he said, but couldn’t finish the sentence as the crowd erupted.

“You know where I’m going,” he said.
