‘Kill Bill’ star Michael Madsen arrested for domestic battery
Michael Madsen has been charged with domestic violence after a “disagreement” with his wife DeAnna Madsen.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call shortly after midnight on Saturday, resulting in the Kill Bill star, 66, is taken into custody, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
The 66-year-old actor was arrested for a domestic battery under Penal Code 243(e)(1), which meant allegedly using force or violence against a cohabitant.
Michael was treated at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Office around 1:40 a.m. He was later released after posting his $20,000 bond.
A representative has been issued for Michael a statement after his arrest he said: “It was a disagreement between Michael and his wife, which we hope will be resolved positively for both of them.”
Lt. Adam zeko of the los angeles county sheriff’s office said officers were called to the home by a female adult who claimed the Reservoir dogs Star pushed her and locked her out of the Malibu home after a “disagreement,” although the details of the dispute remain unclear.
When police arrived at the home, DeAnna was safe with a security team. RadarOnline.com has reached out to Michael’s representatives for comment.
This isn’t the first time police have responded to an incident involving Michael, who is best known for his starring role Quentin Tarantino‘s flicks.

A month after his son Hunter died of an apparent suicide, Michael was arrested in Malibu. He was reportedly trying to break into the house he had recently been evicted from when police were called.
Law enforcement officers initially took him to a local hospital before taking him to the police station, where he was arrested and released on $500 bail.
A source familiar with the situation explained: “Michael had been living in the house since last year, but the lease was in someone else’s name. The person renting the house was taken to court and all parties were evicted on February 17, including Madsen. .”
Michael caught the attention of police when his Pontiac GTO was parked erratic driving along the PCH in Malibu, weaving through traffic in broad daylight.
When police stopped the then 54-year-old, he failed a breathalyzer test and reportedly blew a .20, more than twice California’s legal limit of .08. An empty beer bottle was reportedly found on his passenger seat.
He was transported to a local hospital for medical examination before being taken to jail. He was booked for a misdemeanor DUI with a $15,000 bond.
