Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell delivers his keynote speech Friday morning at the central bank’s annual retreat in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Powell was widely expected to chart a path forward that would include interest rate cuts as the pace of inflation slows and concerns grow about the sustainability of the U.S. economic expansion.
