'Isolated' Matthew Perry fired a team of nurses who fixed his surges

Perry and his 59-year-old assistant spent nearly $60,000 on 55 vials of ketamine in the 29 days leading up to his death.

Iwamasa has reached a plea deal with prosecutors, agreeing to plead guilty in exchange for a more lenient sentence. He currently faces a prison sentence of fifteen years.

In his plea deal, Iwamasa admitted that he found Perry unconscious from drug use “at least twice” in the days leading up to his death.

The statement admitted: “The victim’s death was a natural and predictable consequence of the conspiracy based on, among other things, the frequency and amount of ketamine administered to the victim by the suspect, the suspect’s observations of the side effects of the victim on the ketamine injections in October. 2023, and the fact that the suspect administered ketamine injections to the victim’s MP without any medical training, or any access to medical equipment necessary to counteract an adverse reaction to ketamine.”
