Anne Hathaway knows she's "just like us" in Pimple Patches

Anne Hathaway has recognizable beauty hacks, just like us, and shows them off proudly.

Take to Instagram on Friday, August 30, the 41-year-old actress snapped and shared a selfie with a new face.

“Stars, they’re just like us,” Hathaway captioned her post.

Pimple patches, also known as acne or hydrocolloid patches, are often used to help pimples heal faster by absorbing moisture and excess oil. Hathaway is no stranger to carefully treating her sensitive skin.

Hathaway further revealed that she began to really understand the importance of skin health after working as an actress.

She added, “And it’s funny because I noticed that the longer I made skin care a priority, the less makeup I wear. There’s nothing wrong with makeup, and in fact, I wear it quite often for work. But I notice that I am very happy in my life if I just feel good about myself.”

According to Hathaway, removing her makeup at the end of a long day has become an important aspect of self-care.
