Katie Holmes’ kind words for the late ‘Dawson’s Creek’ costar Obi Ndefo
Katie Holmes shared a touching tribute to her late, ‘Dawson’s Creek’ costar Obi Ndefo.
The ‘Dawson’s Creek’ actress shared some kind words on Instagram about her time performing alongside Obi, writing… ‘He was great to work with and such a kind man. I send prayers and grace to his family. Rest in peace.”
As we previously reported… Obi died at the age of 51his sister Nkem Ndefo announced on Facebook on Saturday.
Maria-Margaret Humes – who played Ndefo’s mother on the show – posted a loving tribute to him after news of his death broke. He called him a bright, shining light, despite all the adversities he faced.

Among those setbacks, Ndefo lost both legs in 2019 when a driver struck him while he was putting groceries in his car, completely severing one leg and requiring the other to be amputated.
Obi used his own experiences to help others… by creating a podcast about dealing with major traumas like the one he faced.
