Andy Cohen asks judge to dismiss lawsuit against Leah McSweeney

Bravo‘S Andy Cohen has fired back at former Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeneyasking a judge to dismiss her ‘speculative’ and ‘demonstrably false’ discrimination case, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In a federal lawsuit submitted last month and obtained by RadarOnline.comMcSweeney alleged that Cohen “tormented, demoralized, humiliated, harassed and retaliated against her” “because she is a woman with disabilities such as alcohol use disorders and various mental disorders, all in the name of selling drama.”

The complaint, which also named Warner Bros Discovery, Shed Media, Bravo Media and NBC Universal as defendants, alleged that Cohen fosters a “rotten workplace culture that uniquely depends on pressuring his employees for alcohol to consume’, ‘engages in cocaine use with housewives and other Bravolebrities he uses,” and gives the “Housewives he uses cocaine with more favorable treatment and edits.”
