Bella Hadid responds to controversy over Adidas and Munich Olympics

She continued: “I am shocked, angry and disappointed at the lack of sensitivity that has gone into this campaign. If I had known this from the bottom of my heart, I would never have participated.”

“My team should have known, Adidas should have known and I should have done more research so that I too would have known, understood and spoken out. As I always have done and always will do, I will stand up for what I believe is wrong. I do not believe in hatred in any form, including anti-Semitism. That will never go away, and I fully stand by that statement.”

She also added: “Palestine is not synonymous with terrorism and this campaign has inadvertently highlighted an event that does not represent who we are.”
