Biden mocks Trump's 'walk' with 1 sharp-toothed rally dig

Joe Biden mocked Donald Trump on Friday for the former president’s wild electrocution versus shark tirade.

“Trump would rather be electrocuted than eaten by a shark, remember that whole thing, remember that?” the Democratic president asked the crowd at a rally in Detroit, referring to comments his Republican rival made last month.

‘Poor Donald. He can’t even watch TV this week because it’s Shark Week.

The joke had his supporters laughing as does Discovery Channel’s Shark Week the programming block reached its end before the summer.

The comments came as Biden — who has faced calls in recent weeks to prove he is mentally fit to lead the nation or else drop out of the 2024 presidential race — mocked Trump’s “wanderings,” including his speech about the fictional cannibal Hannibal Lecter.

Sharks are said to be one of the former president’s fears. Porn star Stormy Daniels – whose alleged affair with Trump was at the center of this year’s hush money trial – told InTouch in 2018 that he was “obsessed with sharks,” as she recalled him watching Shark Week programming on TV.

“He said, ‘I donate to all these charities and I would never donate to a charity that helps sharks. I hope all the sharks die,” Daniels said of Trump, who has denied her claims of an affair.

“He was riveted,” she said. “It’s so strange, I know.”

Trump has previously spoken out against sharks on social media, stating that he “not a fan” and that they “last on my list – except maybe the losers and haters of the world!”

Like Biden, Trump has faced questions about his mental fitness. The former president was reportedly unable to “keep a straight thought” during a recent meeting with CEOs. In public speeches he has also misnamed his ex-doctor and asked what happens to electric planes when the “sun doesn’t shine.”
