Channing Tatum ousts ex-wife Jenna Dewan’s fiance Steve Kazee in divorce war

Dewan and Kazee “began living together shortly after the parties separated six years ago and became pregnant with their first child the following year. The actor said he asked Dewan to forward available dates for her statement since November 2023.

Tatum said he has proposed new dates for both sides’ depositions, but has not yet heard anything.

The couple agreed to joint custody in 2021, but have not yet reached a full settlement.

His motion read: “[Tatum] has made extensive efforts since the separation to enhance the intellectual property of Magic Mike and related entities [Tatum] claims to give rise to his separate ownership interest therein. The Court will have to divide the community interest and [Tatum’s] separate ownership interest in the intellectual property and related entities under consideration [Tatum’s] post-divorce efforts.”

Tatum denied Dewan’s claims he left her in the dark about money.
“[Tatum] never denied [Dewan] of her share in the community assets or income. [Dewan] has been involved in all aspects of community investments, opportunities and transactions.
