She still needs to find Christian to serve him the TRO that requires him to stay away from her and their son.
Quinn told the court that a trial counselor made “multiple attempts” to serve Christian at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, but “she found no one in the public areas of the hotel who matched petitioner’s description,” and “she was unable to get around the hotel. security.”
According to the ex-Netflix star, the hotel’s employees are unwilling to help and allegedly “refused” to provide the process server with any information about whether Christian was staying there – and she has a sneaking suspicion as to why.

“Indeed, it appears that petitioner himself has no desire to accept service of process in this matter, and in fact will do his utmost to avoid doing so. “Petitioner has sufficient financial resources to continue hiding in an undisclosed location indefinitely for the purpose of having respondent’s petition against him dismissed,” she alleged.

Quinn also argued that Christian’s attorney “affirmed her continued representation” of him on April 22 by “executing a substitution of counsel,” and that he “should now be instructed to accept service on behalf of her client.” .
The judge has yet to make a ruling.
