As this outlet reported, Lil Rod filed a lawsuit to Diddy in February, claiming he was “the victim of constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus by Mr. Combs” when they worked together on the rapper’s 2023 Love album: Off the Grid album.

Lil Rod sued Diddy in February, claiming he was “the victim of continuous unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus by Mr. Combs.”

He also claimed that he witnessed Diddy engaging in sex crimes, alleging that the music mogul paid off several high-profile women, including rapper City Girls. Yung Miami And 50 cents‘s baby mama Daphne Joy – as sex workers. Both ladies denied the allegations.

Diddy’s legal eagles have reportedly been working overtime to muddle Lil Rod’s credibility, exposing the accuser’s troubled history with the law.

Lil Rod was hit with domestic violence charges in 2009 and again in 2014, according to documents reviewed by Page six. He was also reportedly accused of sexual assault in 2005; however, all charges were dismissed.

Diddy’s team also revealed that the music producer was convicted of reckless homicide in 2003, which resulted in the death of his cousin.

But Lil Rod’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburnfired back at the accusations and told Page six: “I’m sure you know that an indictment is not a conviction. So, I’m writing this story on behalf of [Diddy’s camp] is problematic and calls into question your integrity as a journalist.”

He then explained the reckless murder conviction, claiming it was “typical behavior for a young black boy in Chicago.”

“Mr. Jones’ reckless murder in July 2003 occurred when he was 17 years old,” Blackburn said. “He was driving a car with his cousin in the passenger seat. The police stopped him, but he was scared and drove away. was pretty typical behavior for a young black boy in Chicago when he was stopped by the police. As a result, he assembled the vehicle and his cousin, who was his best friend, died.

Blackburn also cited that Lil Rod “did not have adequate legal representation” when he pleaded guilty all those years ago.

“He has to live the rest of his life with the guilt of the death of his best friend and family member. But don’t let that stop you from telling this story and getting your clicks,” he said, adding, “[Diddy’s] There is nothing the legal team can do to distract from the fact that he will soon be charged.”

In his lawsuit, the music producer also claimed that Diddy allegedly forced him to work in the bathroom while the record executive “walked around naked and showered in a clear glass enclosure.” In addition to the sexual harassment allegations, Lil Rod claimed that he “HUNDREDS of hours of video and audio recordings of Mr. Combs, his staff and his guests engaging in serious illegal activities, including partying with underage girls and alleged drug use.

Diddy’s famous lawyer, Shawn Holleydenounced the claims about minors, claiming that the women in the photos with the disgraced superstar and his son that Lil Rod included in his legal documents over 18 years old. She also vowed to fight his allegations in court.
