Dr. Fauci calls Donald Trump's injuries a 'superficial wound'

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Trump turned to Truth Social to provide a better account of his injury.

“I want to thank the United States Secret Service and all law enforcement for their support fast answer about the shooting that just took place in Butler, Pennsylvania,” he wrote to his seven million followers shortly after the harrowing event.

“Nothing is known at this time about the shooter, who is now dead. I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear,” he added. “I immediately knew something was wrong because I heard a whooshing sound and shots and immediately felt the bullet tear through the skin. There was a lot of bleeding, so I realized then what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!”
