Eminem faces backlash for new song mocking ‘Rust’ Deadly Shooting

The new album marks Eminem’s return after his last release in 2020 and has elicited a mix of reactions due to its provocative content.

Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathersalso took photos of several recent events and celebrities on the track Antichrist. The song name-dropped Diddy, Megan Thee Stallion, Kim Kardashian and Jeffrey Epstein.

The star also referred to mass murderer Nicholas Cruzthe Parkland shooter who shot and killed seventeen people in 2018.

Lil Uzi Vertwho was accused of promoting Satanism was also mentioned, with Eminem rapping, “I stick a clip in Uzi, I’m itchy and using, and lookin’ like Nikolas Cruz.”
