Federal prosecutors issue subpoena in ongoing Diddy investigation: report

Diddy is named along with his ex Daphne Joy in the court document, which asks the posh hotel in Miami, Florida to provide a series of documents and evidence.

The subpoena specifically requests booking information involving 54-year-old rapper Daphne and other associates of the Bad Boy Entertainment CEO.

In addition to reservation information, federal prosecutors have also demanded email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods used (such as cash and credit cards), computer IP addresses, logins, identification information, vehicle information and even hotel surveillance footage.

According to the new legal documents obtained by TMZauthorities are looking for information from the hotel from January 1, 2008 to the current date.
