Nashville bar owner Joey DeGrawI’m not happy with it Morgan Wallen‘s alleged antics on the bar’s roof, because while the tossed chair didn’t hit anyone… it could still disrupt the city’s thriving nightlife.
Joey and his brother, singer-songwriter Gavin DeGrawknows all about Nashville’s Broadway party scene — they own one of the strip’s hotspots — and he tells TMZ … he’s annoyed that Wallen reportedly threw away a chair from the 6th floor because it could have seriously injured someone.
JD says he’s not worried about Morgan and his drinking — in fact, he thinks the incident could help his career — but he’s concerned about the impact on tourism on Broadway, Nashville’s main draw.
The DeGraws’ bar, Nashville Underground, is one block away from Chief’s — where Morgan was Sunday night — so the brothers have a vested interest in people coming to the area… and feeling safe when they do.
To be clear, Joey says he didn’t see it the alleged incidentbut says that throwing furniture off the roof is obviously a stupid choice… regardless of Morgan’s circumstances.
He preaches good beret etiquette, and whether you’re a celebrity or a normie, Joey says it’s not polite to throw a chair off a friend’s roof — referencing the fact that Morgan is friends with Chief’s owner , Erik Kerk.
Despite all this, Joey says that Morgan is still welcome to go to Underground sometime… although he jokes that security might chase him down to avoid any potential trouble.

As we reported… The police arrested Morgan after they said he threw Chief’s chair off the roof. The strange thing is that we have pictures of him chatting happily with a young lady on the roof… right before the chair went flying.
Morgan has been charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. Although it should go without saying, Joey advises all Broadway partygoers to leave the bar furniture alone.
