He asks the judge to issue a restraining order against Firerose

Billy Ray said the couple shared no credit cards or bank accounts, and argued that Firerose was hardly in financial difficulty. He claimed she had more than $500,000 in liquid assets and investment assets, as well as real estate in Los Angeles. The father of six filed a motion asking the court to order Firerose to stop using his cards and reimburse him for the charges she allegedly made.

Before discovering the alleged allegations, Billy Ray had entered into a temporary support agreement with his ex, in which Firerose agreed to leave their home by May 24 in exchange for financial assistance in finding housing.

The agreement required Billy Ray to pay $500 per night for 10 days, and $5,000 per month until the 90 days are up or the annulment is finalized.
