Blake Lively has faced backlash amid the release of her latest film It Ends With Us.

Blake Lively has been on a world tour to promote her latest film It ends with us – but it hasn’t come without controversy.

Lively, who is married to Hollywood A-lister Ryan Reynolds, 47, shot to fame on the US TV show Gossip girl.

Since then, the actress has amassed a net worth of $30 million thanks to her film roles and brand deals.

Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds at the premiere of It Ends With Us earlier this month.

However, the actress, 36, has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Most recently due to her breakup with her It ends with us film director Justin Baldoni.

The pair were not pictured together at the film premiere or at any screenings – and the actress even unfollowed him on Instagram.

Lively claimed she felt “very ashamed‘ by Baldoni – who reportedly asked a trainer how much the actress weighed before filming a scene with her.

The star has also been reviled by fans and critics about her alleged behavior in recent years, as interviews keep popping up.

In It ends with usLively plays florist Lily Bloom, who ends up in an abusive relationship with Ryle Kincaid, played by director and star of the film Baldoni.

Lively accused the film’s director and male lead, Justin Baldoni, of “fat-shaming” her during production.

Critics of the film have called Lively “shallow” for her behavior during press tours and insulting domestic violence survivors.

The New York Times even accused her of treating the film as “a tool to sell her hair“care brand.

Meanwhile, a Guardian writer noted: “Lively seems more interested in marketing her brands than anything else.”

Lively was also called “tone deaf” by another critic for failing to mention the film’s original message.

Instead, she discussed trivial topics like a dream job and zodiac signs during the chat with cast members Jenny Slate and Isabela Ferrer.

The actress also caused backlash when she asked her social media followers dress in flowers for when they go to see her movie.

One critic wrote of Lively: “Lively seems more interested in marketing her brands than anything else.”

This sparked a response on Instagram calling the star “tone deaf,” which attracted more than 20,000 likes.

Journalist Kjersti Flaa’s interview with the star more than a decade ago resurfaced following the actress’ comments.

Flaa said in a YouTube video, “After I posted the Blake Lively interview that a lot of people watched, I got so many questions from people asking why I decided to post that interview now, eight years later.

“And the reason for that is I was contacted by another reporter who told me a story that was kind of similar to this story that he had experienced.”

She said she and the other journalist began comparing “notes” about the star.

Flaa continued: “I was just like, ‘You know what? It’s not okay to behave like this and I think it needs to be called out.” And that’s why I did it now, so much later.”

Lively was called “tone deaf” for asking her fans to dress in flowers to see It Ends With Us.

The journalist admitted that it “took a while” to “get over” her experience with Lively.

She added: “It affected me for a while because it made me nervous when I interviewed other people afterwards.

“I blamed myself for it for a long time because I felt like I did or said something wrong. And that’s why I waited so long.”

Flaa admitted that she “hadn’t read about all the other controversies going on surrounding Blake Lively and her new movie.”

She said: “It was a bit of a coincidence, I must say, that this was posted at this time.”

In the video, Fla can be seen congratulating Lively on her “little baby bump” as she announces she is pregnant with her and Reynolds’ second child.

The New York Times accused Lively of treating the film as a grooming brand “a tool to sell her hair.”

Lively replied: “Congratulations on your little baby bump.”

Flaa told Daily Mail that the experience was painful because she could not get pregnant.

In another interview with Extra TV, Lively interrupted the reporter to plug her range.

Then, at a red carpet event for It ends with us last week, Lively was called out for declining a question about domestic violence.

The reporter asked if a survivor could approach her to talk to her about her character.

Lively responded sarcastically, “Ask for my address or my phone number. Or I can just share my location with you.”
