Is Puregold a tease for this year’s Panalo collaboration with the Philippines’ biggest music artists?

There is speculation on social media that Puregold would collaborate with the hottest names in the local music scene. The buzz started after Puregold posted two teaser posts on their social media last April 12 that seemed to indicate an announcement involving major Pinoy pop artists.

In the first message of the morning, the following letters flashed on the screen: SL, SB, FG and BN. Finally, the following letters appeared on the screen: GRFSB. These same letters were also in the video’s official title, #Puregold_GRFSB. This first video made it clear what those letters meant: Get ready for something big!

Another message would appear later that day with more clues. Once again tagged #Puregold_GRFSB, the post this time offered a glimpse of multiple silhouetted figures. A closer look at the video showed four images: three groups and a single figure. The video ended with the promise of more to come in May 2024.

Luckily for curious fans and followers, Puregold served more.

On April 17, a video clip of a song by the band SunKissed Lola was released. Best known for their hit “PasilyoWith over 204 million streams on Spotify alone, SunKissed Lola is now officially the first announced band to be part of Puregold’s major music venture.

Fans of the band were thrilled to discover that the segment featured brand new, original music from SunKissed Lola. Even from just the 20 seconds shared in the video, it’s clear that fans will have a lot to look forward to when SunKissed Lola releases an original new song in collaboration with Puregold.

With lyrics like “Burahin anumang duda sa sarili mo”, the song promises to be an uplifting and inspiring anthem about self-confidence and believing in yourself. This teaser has already given a glimpse of the always “panel” vibe that Puregold has put forth through its various forms of marketing campaigns.

It seems like Puregold wants to achieve something big in this music collaboration. Music fans across the country are already waiting with bated breath for further announcements and confirmations as to which artists will be next to join the retailer.
