A judge has made a sensational statement CNNs Jake Tapper for lying in the network’s crushing billion-dollar battle, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

In a statement he filed with a Florida court as part of the network legal relationship with a former US military veteranTapper claimed he had no knowledge of the financial performance of the network where he works or of his show Starring Jake Tapper.

The host said under oath: “I have no knowledge of CNN’s assets. I have no knowledge whatsoever of what the Tapper show may or may not deliver and what may benefit CNN’s fortunes.”

But Judge William Scott Henry of Florida’s 14th Circuit Court delivered an epic blow during an Aug. 12 hearing, reprimanding Tapper and ordering the 55-year-old to make a statement.

“I find it difficult to believe what Mr. Tapper put in that statement,” the judge said.

“I feel like this is the basis of what time slot he gets, how much his contract is and everything else at CNN.”
