Joe Biden appointee accused of 'protecting' Prince Harry from deportation

The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, is suing the Department of Homeland Security to gain access to Prince Harry’s visa documents.

Lawyers for DHS have already issued a statement claiming that releasing the paperwork would be “an unwarranted invasion of Prince Harry’s privacy.”

Hartley, who was appointed by President Joe Biden, said Sky News that Harry would not be deported even if he lied on his immigration documents.

“It won’t happen in the Biden administration,” Hartly told the newspaper.

The statement prompted The Heritage Foundation to submit their dossier 100 page lawsuitwith Hartley accused of protecting the prince.

“Hartley spoke directly to not only the current immigration status of the Duke of Sussex, but also that of HRH [Harry’s] future immigration status as well,” the filing said.

Nile Gardiner, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, said the daily email that Hartley’s “arrogant comments about Prince Harry constitute an extraordinary intervention by a senior US diplomat in an ongoing federal lawsuit.”

“The Biden administration has gone to great lengths to protect Prince Harry, even ruling out the possible deportation of the Duke of Sussex if he lied on his US immigration application and broke US immigration law,” he continued.

District Judge Carl Nichols is monitoring the case and has requested a review of Prince Harry’s visa documents to assess whether they should be made public.

Donald Trump also intervened, telling the media, “We’ll have to see if they know anything about the drugs, and if he was lying, they’ll have to take appropriate action.”

In his bombshell memoir, Reserve, Harry wrote about trying various drugs and psychedelics, including cocaine, marijuana and magic mushrooms. However, it is unclear whether the father-of-two mentioned this on his visa application.

Trump previously slammed the Biden administration for being too lenient on Harry, claiming the renegade royal would not receive the same treatment if he were in power.

“I wouldn’t protect him. He betrayed the Queen. That’s unforgivable. If it were up to me, he would be on his own,” the former president told the Express. “I think they were too nice to him after what he did.”
