How often will Sofia Pernas appear on the show?

Pernas left a lasting impression after appearing in just one episode as Colter’s rival Billie. Fortunately, Hartley has made it clear that Pernas will return more often from here.

‘She’ll definitely be back. We have some really cool things for her to do next year,” Hartley shared Deadline in May 2024. “Next year she will come back several times. We have built a great group of actors [who are] hopefully more than willing to come back as we’d love to play with them more. We all have a lot of stories to tell [of them].”

How did the Season 1 finale set up Colter’s story from here?

As the first season came to a close, there were several relationships: Colter learned more information about his father’s mysterious murder. His girlfriend Lizzie revealed that her mother had an affair with Colter’s father and that their parents had a falling out before his death and Lizzie later found a box her mother had hidden that was full of Colter’s father’s work. Lizzie told Colter that she had given the items to his sister Dory, who never told him anything.

Hartley wondered where the story goes from here Deadline in May 2024: “We still have a whole other season to film that we have to make better than Season 1. So while we wanted to wrap up all those storylines, we also wanted those arcs to lead to other questions – bigger, deeper questions – about his past. So I think we did that by answering some of these questions that we had been building up all year. I think we did a good job of making sure that the answers to those questions lead to a bigger mystery, something that we can unpack in Season 2.”

Where does Colter stand with his brother?

Throughout Season 1, Colter seemed certain that Russell was responsible for their father’s death. Their on-screen reunion caused some doubt when Russell claimed someone else was in the woods the night their father fell off a cliff.

“What Colter does is find people and read people. He reads body language. He can watch people. He looks into their eyes and he understands people. He is a man of feeling himself,” Hartley explained Deadline. “I chose Jensen at that moment [Ackles] looked at me, and the way he played it, I actually chose at that moment, just based on his performance, that I really, really wanted to believe him.

However, Colter doesn’t have all the answers, which leaves room for more questions.

“Does Colter think he pushed him off the cliff now? Probably not,” he added. ‘But does he think he has nothing to do with anything or doesn’t know anything about his father’s death? And that he, like Colter, is completely in the dark? I don’t think that’s the case either.”

How often will our favorite guest stars return?

‘In a perfect world we would see [Jensen] as much as we can. However, he is a busy man. So we’ll see what we can do, and the same goes for Melissa. We don’t need eight or nine, but it would be good to have a few with him and a few with Sofia,” Hartley said. The cover in May 2024. “I think we can tell Sofia a little bit more about it just because there’s that backstory with Billie and Colter and we’re trying to figure out what the heck that was with Jennifer Morrison’s character.”

Can fans expect Colter to continue breaking the law – and getting arrested?

Tracker quickly explained that Colter’s success rate with his cases was partly due to the fact that he would stop at nothing to get answers. That meant many run-ins with police, some of which ended with Colter behind bars.

“We do have a running joke about how many times Colter has broken the law. Our grips department has put together a list and it’s ridiculous. My idea was, maybe at the end of season 2, my wrapping gift for everyone would be a hoodie with all the things he’s done on it,” Hartley joked. The cover. ‘Like assault, burglary, kidnapping and all that kind of stuff. But it’s already a long list. Every episode he does something illegal, right?

What is Justin Hartley’s dream scenario for a business?

“Part of me thinks I want to do a water episode, and then I think, ‘What the hell is wrong with you? You’re not doing a water delivery,'” Hartley shared The cover. “They last twice as long, they are twice as hard and you are in the water. But I think we should do one, just because it’s cool. Yes, I’m up for anything.”

Will there be more delays and schedule changes?

although Follower broke records for viewership, fans became frustrated with the way other programs caused delays or schedule shifts. A pivotal episode in March 2024 – which saw Hartley reunite with Pernas on-screen – was extremely delayed due to March Madness. A month later, the CMT Music Awards caused similar problems when the network did not air a new episode.

Tracker was later moved upstairs an hour to make room for The 100th: Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden. The season 1 finale, which aired in May 2024, was also postponed on the night of due to previous content running over its allotted time.

Fans have been very vocal about their frustration on social media, so presumably season 2 won’t face the same issues.
