Kate Middleton overcomes exhaustion and nausea from 'grueling' cancer treatments

Struck by cancer Kate Middleton puts on a brave face in front of her family, but suffers from exhaustion, nausea and other debilitating effects of her treatment, according to a new report.

“Cat and William go through hell behind the palace walls,” revealed a high-level royal courtier as she and father-in-law King Charles both are battling an unknown form of cancer, RadarOnline.com has learned.

It is claimed that the Princess of Wales goes to ‘a lot of trouble to hide’ the discomfort she is feeling – ‘particularly from the children’.

“Unfortunately, it is becoming increasingly difficult,” the tipster told the newspaper National researcher.

Kate announced her diagnosis in March, weeks after undergoing abdominal surgery on January 16. The royal addressed rumors about her well-being after she went MIA, which reached an all-time high when a portrait shared to celebrate Mother’s Day in the UK was withdrawn by agencies amid suspicions of photo manipulation.

Kate cleared the air by making a public statement explaining that she “occasionally experiments with editing,” apologizing for “any confusion” about the photo.

William’s college sweetheart described the news of her diagnosis as a “huge shock,” explaining that she and her husband “have done everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.”

‘As I said [our kids] I am doing well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal; in my mind, body and spirit,” Kate said at the time.

The intensive treatments aimed at eradicating the cancer are now beginning to take a “terrible toll”, according to the report, which claims she is also dealing with hair and weight loss.

William is committed to his father and wife in every way possible, the source added, revealing that he has often thought about what it is like to lose a mother at a young age after the death of his beloved mother in 1997. Princess Dianaafter a car accident in Paris.

Insiders said Kate has handled the treatments like a ‘warrior’ and has taken all the time she needs to rest and recover.
