Kathy Griffin’s ex accuses her of threatening to call the police if he enters marital home

Bick, 45, is seeking a court order from Griffin to grant him access to their Los Angeles mansion so he can “inventory and gather” his belongings. He cites the prenup they signed before saying “I do” in January 2020.

“I had the right to stay in the marital home for 90 days from December 28, 2023. [Griffin] has refused to allow me to stay in the residence since she insisted that I leave the residence,” her ex accused.

According to Bick, he only brought the necessities for the weekend when Griffin allegedly asked him for “a break” over Christmas.

‘I packed a small duffel bag with some clothes and toiletries and headed out for the weekend. When I told [Griffin] that I would return home, she refused to allow me to return and threatened, without any reason, to “call the police” if I returned to the residence,” his statement said.

Bick claimed his ex wouldn’t let him on the premises and “packed and boxed” his belongings without my review, permission or approval. Griffin’s estranged husband said he was “homeless” and “unemployed” after reportedly being evicted.

“After our relationship ended, I was not only homeless, but suddenly unemployed and without any source of income to support myself financially during this inherently expensive transition. “I have not yet been able to find a new job, but I have been actively interviewing and pursuing a new position,” he said.

Bick said there is no reason for Griffin to mistreat him during their divorce.

“I have always treated the petitioner with love and respect and have never given her any reason to feel unsafe in my home. Despite the fact that she has filed for divorce, there is no reason that I should not receive the courtesy and respect that I deserve as a long-term employee and, more importantly, as her husband and partner,” he claimed.

Meanwhile, Bick is demanding that the judge order his famous ex to pay the bills for his hotel and Airbnb stays after allegedly kicking him out of the marital home. He said the total compensation for his stay is a whopping $21,000 – and that’s not all.

Bick also wants Griffin to pay $22,000 for his legal fees and put him back on her health insurance.
