Kim Kardashian channeled Marilyn Monroe in a racy new photo shoot.

Kim Kardashian wows in new sizzling photoshoot – and fans couldn’t resist comparing the reality TV star to none other than temptress Marilyn Monroe, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In the photos, Kim, 43, channeled the late movie star in an animal print bikini and a platinum blonde hairstyle.

Kim apparently took inspiration from Marilyn in the photo shoot directed by Soki Mak.

The 43 year old sent Instagram followers into a frenzy when she shared photos of the photo shoot on Wednesday, June 26.

For the shoot, which was designed and directed by Soki Mak and captured by photographer Michael Bailey Gates – the mother of four showed off her assets in a cheeky animal print bikini and black pumps.

Kim played off the look with a matching leather animal print masquerade mask from Zana Bayne.

For the shoot, Kim ditched her usual long brunette locks for a short, blown-up platinum blonde look.

Famous hairstylist Chris Appleton Kim’s hairstyle was fixed in an oversized crop, similar to Marilyn’s signature look. Another nod to the late movie star, make-up artist Kali Kennedy perfected the reality star’s skinny brow trend.

Followers couldn’t help but highlight the similarities between Kim and Marilyn – calling her an ‘icon’ for the look.

“Monroe Style elegance and sexy,” wrote one fan and model Winnie Harlow said, “So… you’re telling me this isn’t Marilyn Monroe? 😍.”

Kim previously faced backlash for wearing Marilyn’s iconic 1962 dress for photos ahead of the 2022 Met Gala.

In another post from the same photoshoot, Kim donned an embellished see-through dress, which took followers back to her controversial 2022 Met Gala look.

One follower commented, “Looks like you’re about to sing Happy Birthday to the President,” referring to the dress Marilyn wore while serenading the President in 1962. John F Kennedy for his birthday.

The SKIMS founder caused a stir when she posed for photos in the infamous figure-hugging, crystal-embellished dress before the 2022 Met Gala.

Although Kim didn’t walk the red carpet in the actual dress and opted to change into a replica, critics were furious that she risked damaging the iconic dress for a photo shoot ahead of the Met Gala.

Despite being turned into a replica to walk the red carpet, images of the dress appeared to show damage after Kim’s photoshoot.

“I have enormous respect for the dress and what it means to American history,” Kim told Vogue at the time. “I would never want to sit in it or eat in it or I would risk damaging it, and I won’t wear the kind of body makeup I usually wear.”

While Kim vowed to treat the so-called “world’s most expensive dress” with the utmost care, later shared before and after images of the dress appeared to reveal significant damage.

Despite Kim losing 16 pounds to squeeze into Marilyn’s dress, the fabric appeared to be stretched – and some crystals appeared to be missing along the back.

“Kim should never have worn that dress. I mean, it’s nice to pay tribute to Marilyn, but she could have had a new dress made and replicated. This was a timeless and iconic artifact that has been destroyed,” one person said. wrote on X.

Another commented, “Congratulations to the Met Gala for presenting a real-world example of why a preservation department like the Costume Institute is necessary for historically important garments.”
