Lakers star Christian Wood and his ex Yasmin Lopez will appear in court this week in a hearing that promises to expose the sordid details of their bitter restraining order battle.

RadarOnline.com has obtained lists of the witnesses and evidence that will be presented to a judge Thursday, offering a preview of how both sides will present their cases in the former couple’s latest legal skirmish.

The court documents revealed that both Wood and Lopez plan to testify at the hearing about “domestic violence cases” and “custody and visitation” issues.

Wood was given sole custody of the former couple’s 11-month-old child. Kobe, as well as a three-year restraining order against his son’s mother, based on allegations that she spiraled out of control following their breakup in December 2022. However, Lopez claimed she was not properly notified of the hearing that resulted in the statements against her, and challenged the decision. She also alleged that Wood obtained the restraining order under “false claims.”

The NBA player accused Lopez of entering one of his California homes in February this year by climbing over a fence, claiming she scratched the hood and doors of his Mercedes-Benz, leading to her arrest led. Lopez received three hours of supervised visitation from her son a week as part of the court’s custody order.

Wood also said the evidence he planned to present included videos of police allegedly removing Lopez from his Encino home, a video of Lopez “slandering” Wood against their child, and an Instagram live showing his ex allegations of trespass and vandalism would have been admitted. Among Wood’s listed evidence were photos of his Beverly Hills home and photos of his Lamborghini and Mercedes.

Lopez has accused the NBA star of abuse, writing in a statement to the court that “Christian has a history of being violent and angry.”

Citing an incident on May 2, she wrote to the court: ‘I was just lying in bed with our son trying to get him to sleep when Christian… flew into a rage, grabbed me violently and pulled me off the couch . grabbed the bed by my feet and thighs and dragged me across the floor to the front door. I was confused and terrified.”

Among the evidence she plans to present to the court are photos allegedly showing “Wood sleeping,” “Wood and Kobe on bed,” and the “injuries” she claimed she suffered from the “attack by Wood ‘ of May 2. She also cited text messages she allegedly received from her ex on May 20 “containing threats” as evidence.

However, in a May 21 statement, Wood’s attorney accused Lopez of submitting “fabricated text messages” to the court.

According to Lopez’s witness list, two Los Angeles Police Department officers will testify about an “attempted burglary.” [her] home,” and a Beverly Hills officer will be questioned about the “domestic violence incident and bruises” on Lopez.
