Michael Cohen was confronted by some of Donald Trump’s supporters shortly before he took the stand to testify in the criminal hush-money trial against the ex-president.

Michael Cohen was confronted with some of Donald Trump‘s supporters shortly before he took the stand this week to testify in the criminal hush-money trial of the ex-president, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The surprising confrontation took place last weekend at the swanky members’ club Casa Cipriani in Manhattan, as Cohen prepared to take the witness stand and to give evidence Monday before the prosecutor.

The surprising confrontation took place last weekend at the chic members-only club Casa Cipriani in Manhattan.

But according to Page sixTrump’s former lawyer and fixer was met with hostility during his visit to Casa Cipriani last weekend.

“Some members felt very uncomfortable,” said a Trump insider told Page Six about the confrontation.

“He’s a rat,” another Trump source said of Cohen.

The confrontation at Casa Cipriani came to a head when a Trump supporter showed Cohen a red MAGA shirt with the number 47 on it. Cohen reportedly left the exclusive Manhattan club shortly afterwards.

“Cohen walked out,” a witness said. “It was very funny.”

“Cohen walked away,” said a Trump insider who was at the club over the weekend. “It was very funny.”

Other sources added that Cohen “walked around shaking hands” shortly before leaving Casa Cipriani after the confrontation.

If RadarOnline.com Previously reported, the incident at the Manhattan club occurred this weekend shortly before Cohen took the witness stand begin his testimony in the criminal hush money case against former President Trump.

Cohen shared several bombshell claims when he testified Monday. He directly implicated Trump in the so-called hush money scheme to pay Stormy Daniels $130,000 just days before the 2016 presidential election.

Trump’s former lawyer and fixer testified that he distributed the $130,000 for Daniels at the then presidential candidate’s direction and was promised repayment.

“I wanted to make sure that again he approved of what I did because I need approval from him for all of this,” Cohen said told the Public Prosecution Service on Monday.

“Everything required Mr. Trump’s signature,” he further testified. “Besides, I wanted the money back.”

Also shocking was Cohen’s claim that Trump didn’t care or his wife, Melania Trumplearned of the alleged affair with Daniels and that the $130,000 payment to the adult film star was “all about the campaign.”

“He wasn’t thinking about Melania,” Cohen testified. “This was all about the campaign.”

“How long do you think I’ll be in the market?” Trump allegedly told Cohen after Cohen asked about Melania’s likely reaction to the alleged affair. “Not long.”

Cohen linked the $130,000 payment to Daniels to Trump’s 2016 presidential election several times during his testimony on Monday.

“I had to get this done,” Cohen said. “This would be catastrophic for the campaign.”

Cohen will return to the witness stand on Tuesday to continue his testimony for the prosecution. The former lawyer is then expected to be questioned by Trump’s defense team.
