More than 700 brands at franchise expo

More than 700 brands are expected to participate in Franchise Asia Philippines, Asia’s largest franchise trade show, at the SMX Convention Center Manila from April 12 to 14.

In addition to franchise opportunities, the expo will also offer highly franchisable concepts and business solution providers.

The event organized by the Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) will bring together a wide range of proprietary and global franchise brands and provide a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs and aspiring franchisees to explore innovative business concepts and investment opportunities in food, retail and service.

“This year, the Franchise Asia Expo will feature international exhibitors from Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the US and others who will introduce their established and successful franchises to the Philippine market, giving local entrepreneurs access to a wide range of business models and strategies from all over the world. There is even a concept that offers the opportunity to obtain a US investor visa,” said PFA chairman Chris Lim.

Lim said that in addition to showcasing international franchise brands, the event will include a series of seminars and workshops tailor-made to provide entrepreneurs and potential franchisees with valuable insights and practical knowledge. The seminars cover a variety of topics essential to building and managing successful franchise businesses, giving participants the opportunity to learn from industry experts and network with like-minded individuals.

Franchise Asia Philippines Expo, now in its 31st year, is PFA’s flagship event to promote franchising as a tool for business and job creation. An average of 50,000 visitors visit annually, which is a testament to Filipinos’ continued faith in franchising as a way to start a business.
