Nearly 400 flights canceled and postponed on Saturday as DIA problems persist

Following Friday’s global technology outage coupled with a CrowdStrike update, airlines at Denver International Airport are still working on recovery.

According to DIA, more than 400 flights were delayed or canceled on Saturday morning flight tracking data from FlightAware. By 2 p.m., 133 flights had been canceled and 273 could not leave the gate on time.

United and Southwest had the most delayed flights on Saturday, with 116 United flights and 67 Southwest flights held at the gate. Regional carrier SkyWest – the airline that operates United Express – has delayed another 35 flights.
