OnePlus’ next major launch event isn’t until July 16, but the company has confirmed all four products that will be announced.
The Nord 4 smartphone, Pad 2 tablet, Watch 2R smartwatch and Nord Buds 3 Pro earbuds will all be unveiled at a busy event in Milan.
As you might expect, the design and specifications of all new products have yet to be revealed. But OnePlus has already confirmed a few key details.
First up is the Nord 4, the successor to the 2023 Nord 3, which until recently remained one of our 10 best mid-range phones.

OnePlus describes the Nord 4 as “the first all-metal smartphone of the 5G era,” signaling a return to the metal unibody design we’ve seen on some 4G handsets in the past.
Specifications leaked by Sanju Choudhary on If true, three cameras are most likely: 50 MP main camera, 8 MP ultrawide and 16 MP selfie.
The OnePlus Pad 2 will be a successor to the original Pad, which we described in our review as “a great tablet for entertainment, but not for serious work”. Will that change on the Pad 2, as OnePlus describes it as “a new flagship productivity tablet”? Time will tell.

Meanwhile, OnePlus calls the Watch 2R “a lightweight Wear OS smartwatch,” suggesting it could be a more affordable version of the flagship OnePlus Watch 2, which isn’t as hefty. And “an affordable set of earbuds” in the Nord Buds 3 Pro apparently also aims for value for money.
