The event was graced by Jose Dominic F. Clavano IV, Assistant Secretary of the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking as one of the keynote speakers, along with officials from the Council for the Welfare of Children, the Department of Social Welfare and Development, the Department of Information and Communications Technology, the Cyber ​​Security Bureau, the Department of Education, the Child Protection Unit, the Philippine Commission on Women and the Department of Justice. The event also welcomed 15 student delegates between the ages of 13 and 15 from various schools and various Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) from across the country.
