Prince William’s absence makes Kate Middleton’s battle with cancer ‘more difficult’

According to sources, there is guilt in posting her royal duties suspended and her husband’s absence has taken its toll Kate’s recovery. It has reportedly been difficult to watch the king return to royal duties months after his unspecified diagnosis in February.

“Kate feels guilty because Charles, who is also battling cancer, is doing his part,” the insider said.

“It doesn’t help that William has been away from home more often, so Kate’s main support and shoulder to lean on isn’t always there,” the insider said, admitting that while Kate’s mother, Carole Middletonhas helped care for the children, “William’s absence makes things more difficult.”
