Schneider recently denied reports that he was cut late last year during an appearance at a holiday gala full of high-profile Republican politicians, allegedly making inappropriate jokes about Asian people and “Korean women’s houses.”

Politics had reported that the first Saturday evening live cast member was stopped 10 minutes into a 30-minute set at the Waldorf Astoria and that Republican senator. Cindy Hyde Smith from Mississippi chose to leave because she found Schneider’s routine “coarse and vulgar.”

“No one took me off the stage, someone waved at me after fifty minutes,” Schneider said TMZ. “I don’t change my material or apologize to anyone for my jokes. Enough with these woke bulls—, America is sick of it. I did it for 50 minutes because that’s what I got paid for.”

All 150 attendees, including more than 40 Senate chiefs of staff and other former and current Republican members, reportedly received an apology email the next day that read: “While we do our best to ensure that every aspect of our program is professional, courteous and We sincerely regret that the entertainment during last night’s program did not meet that purpose.”
