Scarlett Johansson jokes about her prenup with Colin Jost

Colin Jost is ready to fly to the moon and back Scarlett Johansson.

Johansson, 39, joked on the Monday, July 8, episode The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that her husband was contractually obliged to make a cameo in her new film, Fly me to the moonbecause of their marriage contract.

Greg Berlanti was our director… [he’s] a big fan of Colin,” the actress explained of her husband’s cameo as a presenter Jimmy Fallon.

“Colin… I think he had to do it because it’s in our prenuptial agreement,” she joked further. “If I ask him something, he has to be there to support me. He has to be in all my films.”

Johansson and Jost, 42, were first linked in May 2017. They married in October 2020 and welcomed their first child together, son Cosmo, in August 2021. Johansson also has a daughter, Rose Dorothy, 9, with her ex -man. Romain Dauriac.

The Black Widow actress also revealed on The tonight show that she often enlists Jost to help her learn lines for her films, although that does not always end well.

“I run lines with him,” she said of the Saturday evening live star. “That’s great… you would think that would be very useful because you would have a partner to help you. You learn your lines for tomorrow or whatever. He’s really serious…he’s really committed to reading lines. It’s not always the performance I want it to be. I’m like, ‘Say the lines!’ Big dramatic pauses. He’s completely into it. I’m like, ‘I can’t concentrate. Never mind. I just learn them myself. ”

While Johansson is heading to the moon – at least on screen – Jost will soon fly to Tahiti to cover the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris for NBC. Jost is part of the reporting team for the Olympic surfing competition, which takes place in Tahiti, part of French Polynesia.

“I’m thinking, how did he get this gig?” Johansson joked Savannah Guthrie during a performance on Monday at the Today show. “Is this a job?”
