Shocking video shows moment maniac punches bike shop worker and bites cop
New York City faced more carnage this week when a violent altercation took place outside a bike shop in Queens, RadarOnline.com can report.
In a sudden development just hours after two NYPD officers were shot by a gunman In the New York City borough, another surprising incident occurred early Monday morning just before 1 p.m. outside the Fly E-Bike store on 42nd Street near Broadway in Astoria.
The footage also showed another person coming out of the store and chasing the attacker into the street off-screen.
Meanwhile, someone from inside the store intervened and stabbed the helmet-wielding suspect in the stomach amid the chaos. The initial aggressor then smashed the helmet into the bicycle shop window.
Flash forward to moments later, and NYPD officers responded to the scene to try to control the chaotic situation.
While authorities tried to detain the combative man, their efforts were met with resistance. One of the officers was bitten on the hand by the attacker during a struggle that ultimately ended with both the attacker and the officer on the ground.
