Steve-O has cut ties with Tinseltown. The Fool star has sold his stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom Hollywood Hills home for $1.8 million, RadarOnline.com can only report.
Steve-O, whose real name is Stephen Gilchrist gloveunloaded his oasis in record time after placing it on the market just last month.

Steve-O sold his house for the asking price and chose to move to Tennessee.
The MTV star, 49, listed the 2,398-square-foot space on May 9. told you first – the place was so popular that he started accepting backup offers two weeks later. Steve-O also got the asking price, records show he scored exactly what he wanted: $1.799 million.
The sale is pending, which means it’s no longer his home, as long as everything goes according to plan.

The ad advertised Steve-O as the owner of the “serene oasis amid the vibrant energy of Los Angeles.” The modest home sits atop a private hill with unparalleled views of the city’s night lights. The funny guy revealed he would go to the Volunteer State full-time because of California’s crushing taxes. Steve-O shows off his ranch on YouTube and seems happy to have switched states.
“I have a ranch in Tennessee that I love so much. I just had to say Hollywood, it was cool, but I’m out,” he said in a YouTube video posted on May 2.

“Everything is an upgrade. Our goats have a brand new barn, a great new coop, and we decided to let them out of the coop and just hang out on the property,” said Steve-O, later revealing, “I love our I have so much life on the ranch that I never want to leave.”
