Survival horror fans will want to use GeForce NOW this week

Survival horror games have been around for a long time and for some, nothing beats the thrill of crawling around a corner and coming face to face with creepy creatures or zombies, and now you can get that feeling with GeForce NOW .

NVIDIA’s latest wave of games on the service includes some really great games that you’ll definitely want to dive into. Assuming you haven’t played them elsewhere yet. Of course, you can always go back in for another playthrough, and now you can do it on more devices, even your phone.

One of the new games coming to GeForce NOW this week is Beyond Good and Evil – 20th Anniversary Edition. This is an action-adventure game from Ubisoft that has just been re-released to celebrate its 20th anniversary. It’s the same great game, but with updated visuals and frame rates. It can be played back in up to 4K if you have a TV or monitor that supports that resolution, and at up to 60 frames per second. What’s more is that it features enhanced audio. Additionally, the 20th Anniversary Edition adds a new speedrun mode if you want to test your skills. Plus, there are updated achievements. In short, it’s a win-win situation if you liked the game during its original release.

NVIDIA GeForce NOW adds survival horror hit ‘Resident Evil Village’

If you’re a fan of survival horror, then you’re probably very familiar with the Resident Evil series. It’s been around for decades and has bridged the chasm-like gaps of every console generation and PC. This includes Resident Evil Village, the seventh main installment in the series. And as you would like, this is the big game drop for GeForce NOW this week. If you haven’t had the chance to play this game before, this is your chance to dive in and see what fans are excited about.

Here’s the really cool news. GeForce NOW is also getting the Resident Evil Village demo. So if you’re not sure yet whether you want to buy the game, don’t. Download the demo available on Steam. Then give it a try and if you like it, you can buy the full game. In addition to Resident Evil Village and the demo, and Beyond Good & Evil – 20th Anniversary Edition, GeForce NOW subscribers can also have access to Drug Simulator 2 this week.
