TMZ Studios
Sylvester Stallone came within a hair’s breadth of tanking “Rocky II” due to a gruesome injury, and you won’t believe how he pulled through to make the movie!
Cunning and Arnold Schwarzenegger sat down with me Harveyand for the first time ever together, they talked about their incredible rivalry and how it grew into a close friendship.

Arnold’s trainer and compadre, bodybuilding legend Franco ColumbusSly trained for “Rocky II,” and when Franco challenged Sly to a bench press competition, the actor was game… until he ripped his chest off the bone.
Here’s the problem. The injury occurred a month and a half before Sly was set to star and direct the sequel to ‘Rocky’ – so you’ll have to see him explain how he pulled it out of the fire!
As “Rocky” fans know, Balboa is normally a southpaw, but in “Rocky II” he learns to fight right-handed. That wasn’t just a random plot twist; it turned out to be the only way Sly could film with his injury.
