Michelle, in turn, was frustrated with the way Jesse delayed their legal split.

‘We must divorce. In order to get a divorce, you have to sign,” she replied. “I don’t care, I just want a divorce. The sooner the better. There’s nothing to discuss. I have moved. I pay half the rent here and I have paid for my new home.”

While the duo got into a heated argument, their daughter interrupted them.

“It is incredibly difficult to be the one who makes the decision to divorce. Because one day I will have to tell my daughter that I left her father,” Michelle told the cameras. “Ultimately I do what’s best for her, but I also thought my child would be raised with two parents being together. In the end, the dream was not a reality.”

Since they broke up, Michelle has found love with her boyfriend Aaron Nosler. Jesse has since moved on with his girlfriend Lace Nicole.

The valley has been renewed for season 2 and all episodes are currently on Peacock.
