Six outstanding Caribbean islands have been nominated in theBest Caribbean Cruise Destinationcategory for this year’s World Cruise Awards.

By being shortlisted for a World Cruise Award, participants will have the opportunity to promote their services and products further than their competitors, organizers said.

The World Cruise Awards were created to celebrate excellence in the global cruise industry.

Being awarded one of their accolades signifies a destination’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.

“World Cruise Awards serve to recognize, reward and celebrate excellence in the global cruise industry through our annual awards program,” reads the official site.

This year, the islands are competing for the ‘Best Cruise Destination’ award. Antigua, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands.

The match is open until October 6, 2024.

Travelers and industry leaders can cast their votes for their favorite destinations via the designated voting links.

The ceremony will take place on November 24 at the Savoy Palace in Madeira.
