Sonos rarely offers discounts on its equipment. That makes this $100 discount surprising. For $179 you get a complete soundbar with Wi-Fi, touch controls, Apple AirPlay 2, and some of the best voice performance you’ll find in a soundbar of this size. It’s great for smaller rooms or for people who live in apartments and don’t want to get kicked out for watching Vin Diesel movies too loudly. Sonos has been having some issues with its app lately, but I’ve been using the Sonos Beam soundbar (also on sale) without any problems all the time.

If you have a slightly larger room or want more sound from your soundbar, consider switching to the Beam. It offers more power and Dolby Atmos compatibility for surround sound performance. This has been my daily driver when I’m not testing other soundbars and I’ve really enjoyed it. It makes the dialogue so clear that I almost don’t need the subtitles when I’m watching things (almost).
