First and foremost, this is an athletic training dress with a built-in bra and removable shorts, all composed of moisture-wicking fabric with four-way stretch. And it does everything it says it does, from my experience. It even has two side pockets in the underpants section so you can keep your phone or wallet close to you. It’s the perfect outfit to wear to the gym if you’re not a tank top and capris kind of girl. But where it really shines is its ability to smooth you over, just like me. When I wear this dress I look like I’ve been working out, and ironically when I do work out.
