Todd ChrisleyThe eldest son doesn’t have to worry about ending up behind bars with his father. Kyle Chrisley has been acquitted of the alleged knife attack on his boss last year RadarOnline.com has confirmed that the case has been dismissed.

A representative from the Smyrna Court Clerk’s Office in Tenessee told us his aggravated assault case was closed on April 9, meaning he is no longer charged with a crime.

Kyle was charged with aggravated assault for the alleged attack.

As this outlet reported, Kyle was accused of it brutally beat Deven Campbell with a fixed blade knife in the office of a trucking company in Smyrna during a heated dispute over a $36 difference in his pay. The Chrisley knows best Star’s son was taken to jail, where he was arrested and released after posting $3,000 bail.

RadarOnline.com only obtained photos of Campbell’s alleged injuries. The footage showed two bruises on his forehead, several bruises and what appeared to be a welt on his head.

Campbell – who worked as Kyle’s superior – spoke to us about the altercation in March 2023.

He accused Kyle of punching him without warning and making contact with his head and body before things took an even wilder turn. Campbell claimed Kyle started hitting him with the butt of one fixed blade and threatening, “I will kill you, you f—.”

He also said two drivers who saw the commotion broke up the alleged attack.

Campbell claimed he called 911 and locked himself in the office while the men restrained Kyle.

“My head was all bruised, I was a bit beat up,” he said, claiming he had a CT scan on his head to make sure he had no internal bleeding. “They called the ambulance and just drove me to the emergency room because one side of the head was very swollen.

Campbell claims Chrisley went crazy after being ordered to go home.

RadarOnline.com told you — Kyle’s arrest came two months after his father and stepmother, Julie Chrisleybegan serving their combined 19-year sentences in separate prisons after being convicted of defrauding banks of $30 million and tax fraud.

The couple recently had an important one appeal hearing to challenge their beliefs.

Kyle’s arrest came two months after his father and stepmother, Julie Chrisley, began serving their combined 19-year sentences in separate prisons.

Campbell told us that weeks before the alleged attack, he changed Kyle’s work schedule so he could visit his incarcerated father in Florida. He also noted that Kyle was reportedly briefly suspended after a heated phone conversation with the trucking company’s general manager.

“I don’t know if maybe it was the stress of all that stuff going on with his parents or if he just wasn’t in the right head space — I can’t talk about that,” Campbell told RadarOnline.com.
