Tom Sandoval accuses Rachel Leviss of ‘increasing her fame’ and ‘casting herself as a victim’

The attorney said Leviss’ lawsuit “a thinly veiled attempt to expand her fame and rebrand herself as a victim instead of the other woman, while denigrating her former friend MADIX as a “woman scorned” and her former lover SANDOVAL as “predatory.”

He added: “In order to establish LEVISS as a victim, her complaint indeed contains irrelevant but inflammatory allegations of the persecution of LEVISS by multiple non-parties, i.e., Bravo Media, Evolution Media, her ex-boyfriend James Kennedy, Scheana Shay and Andy Cohen. Notably, since November 2023 to date, LEVISS has actively maintained a provocative podcast, “Rachel Goes Rogue,” to further push the story.
