Tommy Lee helicopter attack lawsuit dismissed by Jane Doe

When the plaintiff first filed the lawsuit in December, she claimed she was forced into a helicopter by a pilot under false pretenses. David Martz in 2003, where she was then allegedly attacked by Lee while traveling from San Diego County to Van Nuys.

The lawsuit detailed disturbing details of the alleged abuse, including forcible kissing, groping and misconduct.

The plaintiff indicated that he felt trapped and helpless during the incident, with the lawsuit stating, “At that point, the plaintiff was in tears, but she had nowhere to go – she was trapped with little mobility to leave the cockpit.”

Martz, who reportedly witnessed the attack, reportedly did not intervene.
